Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using any part of the TaskTribe platform, including activating a Premium membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

TaskTribe is a marketplace platform that connects individuals who need tasks completed ("Task Posters") with individuals willing to complete those tasks ("Workers"). TaskTribe does not employ Workers, does not supervise task completion, and is not a party to any agreement made between Task Posters and Workers.

You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from any income you receive for work performed through contacts made via the TaskTribe platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Federal income taxes (including self-employment tax where applicable)
• State income taxes in any state in which you perform work or reside
• Local or municipal taxes as required by your jurisdiction
• Any other applicable taxes, levies, or fees imposed by any governmental authority

TaskTribe does not withhold taxes on your behalf, does not issue tax forms (such as 1099s) unless required by law, and makes no representations regarding your tax obligations. You are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional to understand and fulfill your obligations.

Workers using TaskTribe operate as independent contractors, not as employees of TaskTribe or of any Task Poster unless a separate employment agreement exists outside of this platform. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own business expenses, equipment, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Premium membership grants access to additional platform features including the ability to directly contact Task Posters and leave reviews. Premium membership is billed at $9.99 per month. By activating Premium, you authorize the applicable charge and agree that all premium features are provided on an "as-is" basis.

You agree to use TaskTribe only for lawful purposes. You will not post fraudulent tasks, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, harass other users, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskTribe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including any disputes between Task Posters and Workers or any financial, tax, or legal consequences resulting from work arranged through the platform.

TaskTribe reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
